In this article, we will discuss how to be stress free and calm the frustration and anxiety in modern day to day working life. I will share a few of my experiences to how I take care of this situation in my day to day routine.
Why Stress, Anxiety, Frustration, and Irritation?
As time progresses, the working of humankind has been more stressful. Technological advancement makes human work easy and efficient, whereas, on the other hand, it also increases anxiety and frustration among humans behavior.
As everyone wants works to be done in less time and efficiently. But there are some situations where it also creates frustration in human nature, for example, working for long hours over a task and achieving short deadlines. It is hard to keep calm and motivated now.
I had experienced this in my life too. I had felled anxiety, frustration, and irritation while doing a task for a long time and not getting success in that and causing extending the deadline.
It makes to feel like I don’t know anything, in-spite of doing a similar task multiple times before. I got angry at myself for not getting the work done completed. I felled low and tired in many such situations.
Working over long hours and thinking about the same problem over, again and again, is the main reason. That makes us impatient & desperate to complete the task and comes out as frustration, irritation, and anger.
